Motovated Monday - Yoga

I love yoga...


No seriously...


One day I think I'll teach yoga so I can do as much yoga as I want.

    1. Hi, Kaycee! Yeah, yoga can be hard, especially if you jump into it if you're out of shape or not used to that much stretching. I love it for helping me be more flexible as well as gaining strength but I do my best to listen to my body and not push myself to the point of getting hurt. :)

  2. Related, love yoga and especially into Pilates right now. Unrelated, just got some oils through you/registered to be advocate. Very excited to try some!

    1. Yoga is awesome. I have heard Pilates is great too but haven't tried it. I am super excited you're trying the oils though! They've been great for a variety of things for me. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll send you an email with some more info. :)
